Welcome to Caraneal Yorkshire Terriers

Caraneal Yorkshire Terriers has over 40 years' experience of breeding and showing Yorkies. In that time we are proud to have bred some of the top Yorkshire Terriers in the breed.

Eight of our dogs have won a total of 44 Specialty Shows. The two latest Specialty winners are Bugsy and his beautiful daughter, Mi Mi.

In 2016 and 2017 we received the Yorkshire Terrier Club of America’s award as the Number One Breeder Owner Handler.

And, in 2017, we received the Pro Plan® nomination for Owner Handler of the Year.

Not every dog makes it to the show ring so we occasionally have exceptional pet puppies for sale.

Our commitment is not only to the quality of our dogs, but also to their health. All of our dogs are raised in our home and are dearly loved.  This is particularly important when you are looking to buy a Yorkshire Terrier puppy.  Puppies that are raised in a home environment are much more likely to have good temperaments and to have been properly socialized.

It is also much more likely that you will be able to see previous generations of the bloodline that you getting, as well as seeing the dam and, perhaps, the sire of the litter.  Seeing the sire is not so critical as the dam will often have been bred to another breeder's dog to introduce hi specific characteristics to the offspring.
